Day 01 USA-Beijing
Fly to Beijing on deluxe wide-bodied jet plane, across the international date line .
Day 02 Beijing
Arrive in Beijing in the late afternoon, transfer to your hotel, unpack, rest up after dinner.
Day 03 Beijing
Today the excursion includes the visit to the Summer Palace and the Forbidden City. The Summer Palace is a famous resort of Empress Ci Xi, view the Longevity Hill, Kunming Lake. The Forbidden City is the largest construction complex in the world, it houses 9999 rooms, and where the Chinese Emperors handled state affairs for hundreds of years. A tour to Temple of Heaven and Tian Anmen Square in the afternoon. Enjoy China Acrobatic Show in the evening.
Day 04 Beijing
The highlight today is to thrill at the Great Wall, the only man-made structure on Earth which can be observed from the moon. Take a walk on the Sacred Path to the Ming Tombs and visit the famous Beijing Cloisonne Factory. Enjoy Peking Roast Duck dinner in the evening.
Day 05 Beijing-Urumqi
Fly to Urumqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region in the morning, sightseeing the city museum, Redhill Park and the Bazaar. A roast lamb dinner banquet will be served in the evening.
Day 06 Urumqi
Take a cruise on Heavenly Lake in the morning, visit the Heavenly Hill Grassland.
Day 07 Urumqi - Turpan
Take motorcoach to Turpan in the morning, upon arrival visit Gaochang Ruins, Flaming Mountains and Karez Underground Irrigation Channels.
Day 08 Turpan - Liuyuan - Dunhuang
Visit the Grape Valley, Jiaohe Ruins, Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves, travel to Dunhuang via Liuyuan by overnight soft sleeper train.
Day 09 Dunhuang
During the Han and Tang dynasties, Dunhuang was a major point of interchange between China and the outside world - a stopping-off post for both incoming and outgoing trading caravans. Upon arrival sightseeing the Singing Sand Moutains, Crescent Moon Lake, visit the Yang Pass.
Day 10 Dunhuang
Sightseeing the White Horse Pagoda, visit the Mogao Caves - the World Art Treasure House. The cave is the largest and most well preserved treasure house of arts in the world.
Day 11 Dunhuang - Jiayuguan
Take coach to Jiayuguan in the morning, which was considered both the western tip of the Great Wall and the western boundary of the empire. Sightseeing the Jiayuguan Fort and the Overhanging Great Wall.
Day 12 Jiayuguan - Xian
Fly to Xian, the city where eleven dynasties in the history once took as the capital. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Ancient City Walls and Gates, enjoy the Dumpling Banquet dinner in the evening.
Day 13 Xian
Sightseeing the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, which is recognized by UNESCO as the eighth wonder of the world, then visit the 8000-year-old Neolithic Site at Banpo. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening.
Day 14 Xian - Shanghai
Fly to Shanghai in the morning, sightseeing the Bund, Shanghai’s Wall Street and Nanjing Road, Shanghai’s commercial center. Here is a good place to capture the western influence of the old days. Then visit the famous Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple
