Tiangui Mountain is 90 kilometers east away from Shijiazhuang city. It has eight scenic spots, covering a total area of 60 square kms.
The Tiangui Mountains are assumed as the typical karst ground form with the same characteristics of the mountain of Guilin in Guangxi province, so it is also known as 'Northern Guilin'.
The main scenic spot on the mountain is the Taoist of Green Dragon Temple, which was established in the end of Ming Dynasty and it originally belonged to the latent temporary dwelling place.
In 1997, in order to celebrate the return of Hong Kong, an enormous' Gui' (means 'return' in Chinese), which is 97.71 meters high and 49.1 meters wide, was engraved on a 100-meter-high cliff. It is the biggest Chinese character in the world.
