Located southwest of Chuzhou City, Mt. Langya covers an area of 115 square kilometers, and is a national scenic spot, with dangerous and beautiful peaks, snaking mountain paths, dense forests, and splendid scenery. There are many springs, small lakes and caves. In addition, it is home to many species of animals and plants.

The most famous tourist attractions are Langya Temple, Zuiwong (Drunken-Man) Pavilion, and the South Heavenly Gate.
