Yechun Garden
This is an open garden built on the
original site of the Yechun Garden, one of the top eight
Yangzhou gardens in the Qing Dynasty. Its traditional
snack, Yechun Steamed Dumpling, has enjoyed long-standing
fame since the Qing Dynasty. Now the garden has become
the first choice for Yangzhou residents to have breakfast,
drink morning tea and taste traditional food.
Fuchun Tea House
Located in downtown Yangzhou, the teahouse, established
in 1885, is more than 100 years old. As a representative
of Yangzhou cuisine, the teahouse combines tea with
flowers, snacks and dishes. Its famous dishes, like
Three-Dice Stuffed Steamed Bun, Thousand Layer Cake
and Boiled Dry Bean Curd, all have a pure and delicious
taste.
Hongxing Minzu Restaurant
The only Muslim restaurant designated for international
tourism, the Hongxing deals in Muslim dishes of both
northern and southern styles, featuring exquisite
materials, delicate cooking, light taste and special
characteristics.
Guomao Restaurant
The restaurant is famous for its variety of delicious
dishes using snakes as the main material.
Shao'ehuang Seafood Restaurant
The restaurant deals mainly in seafood, Guangdong
dishes and game dishes.
