Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province,
was known as Chang'an in the ancient times. Its history
spans more than 3,000 years.
With the abbreviation of "Qin" Shaanxi Cuisine
is also known as Qin Cuisine. When the Tang Dynasty
reached its pinnacle over 1,000 years ago, Qin Cuisine
also achieved flourishing, laying a solid basis for
the present cuisine culture of Shaanxi Province. The
booming tourism in recent decades has invigorated the
catering industry. In Xi'an, you can find delicacies
