Xi'an Restaurant

Tongshengxiang Restaurant
It was created in the early 1920s and prepares
the famous beef or mutton soup with pancake pieces. This dish

beef or mutton, and the smooth and tender pancake.
Qujiangchun Restaurant
It was founded in 1912 by Li Qinsi, who used
to cook for the Empress Dowager of the Qing Dynasty. It now mainly
serves dishes based on the Tang Dynasty royal recipe.
Tang Music Palace

Defachang Dumpling Restaurant

dumpling feast and new Shanghai dishes. The Dumplings all use

Imperial Concubine Feast, Arhat Vegetarian Feast, etc.
Anbei Restaurant (Japanese)
The restaurant offers traditional Japanese foods, which is quite
