Featured
dishes of Xiamen

There are three gourmet streets in
Xiamen, located in the front section of Lianhua Nanlu
Road, Xiamen University Street and the mid-section of
Hubin Beilu Road, and the Huahui Gourmet street of Zhongshan
Road respectively. On the one located in Lianhua Nanlu
Road, there are 18 main restaurants and hotels, including
the old-brand Haoqingxiang Lotus Restaurant and the
Douhuazhuang Restaurant featuring Taiwan food. The one
on Xiamen University Street and the mid-section of Hubin
Beilu Road is also famous. There are 35 restaurants
dealing in local food at Xiamen University Street and
nine hot pot restaurants at the mid-section of Hubin
Beilu Road. The 22 restaurants at Huahui Gourmet Street
mainly deal in local snacks. |
