Chicken Wrapped in Lotus Leaves
The raw chicken is cleaned and dressed
without plucking the feathers. Then it is wrapped in
lotus leaves and covered with mud to be roasted on a
fire. The cooked chicken then is cut and eaten with
sauces. The taste is tender and delicious.
